OUR PAST & PRESENT

We have our presence in currency exchange business since 1992. Since then we were operating as authorized money changers till the introduction of new policy of State Bank of Pakistan. We have converted our business from proprietorship to corporate entity and are working as an exchange company of category ‘A’ in the name of Riaz Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd. under license from SBP.

We are proud to be the first Islamabad based exchange company. We got license # 18 from SBP dated June 26, 2004.
The company is registered with SECP having registration # 03687/20040301 dated March 17, 2004 under section 32 of companies ordinance 1984, based on the authority of SBP vide F.E. circular No. 09 dated July 30, 2002.

Riaz Exchange Company operates a network of 02 branches situated in twin cities “Islamabad and Rawalpindi.” Its Head office is situated in Rawalpindi.

During the last 20 years we have developed an unshakable trust and repute in the market by providing best possible services to our esteemed customers. Our clientele includes walk in customers and regular clients both local & foreigners
